I've spent eight years in IT roles where mistakes get audited: fixing and maintaining casino gaming equipment, supporting point-of-sale systems, and repairing mobile devices. I'm now moving toward security work and technical leadership.
What I do now
At BCLC, I take the repair and maintenance problems that other technicians escalate, lead projects that improve the player experience, and mentor people on the team. I work directly with vendors, service providers, casino operators and regulators, so I'm used to explaining a fault to people who need the cause, the fix and the paper trail.
In 2024, I co-founded Aurora N&N Business Solutions Inc. I handle the technical side: websites, iOS and Android apps, and IT advice for small businesses, startups and larger organisations. My co-founder handles finance.
